OPERATING PROCEDURES

• Bear Street Gallery is sponsored by Orange County Fine Arts, a non-profit organization for the promotion of the arts.
  

• Studio artists and exhibiting artists must be active members of OCFA (an annual cost of $30).
  

• Studio spaces rent for $200 per month. Each studio measures approximately 10ft x 10ft.
  

• Exhibit spaces rent for $100 per month for an 8-foot wall space
  

• A single piece of work may be displayed in the front window for $40 per month
  

• Sales commissions are only 10% payable to OCFA
  

• Studio artists must be present and working for a minimum of 10 hours per week
  

• Candidate artists must be successfully juried by the panel of studio artists before acceptance
  

• With few exceptions, all exhibited work is for sale
